This Privacy Policy explains how TAG VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the mobile application (the 'App') and related website services. We process data under a minimum-necessary principle and protect privacy within the scope of this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect operational data needed to provide the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, crash logs, and approximate region. This data is used to: 1. Recommend suitable routes based on node distribution; 2. Identify regional connection problems through anonymized statistics and improve stability; 3. Send necessary service updates, security alerts, or account notices. We do not use this data for unrelated profiling or advertising tracking.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. To comply with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. When necessary to protect users, the public, or platform security; 3. When working with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, you may remove the App through your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We protect data through access controls, encrypted transmission, and internal permission management.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements, product changes, or business process adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
